The rest of the team — private chef, chauffeur with a 7-seater Mercedes V-Class, masseuse, personal trainer, babysitter — is layered on request at transparent à la carte rates: chef from £45/day, driver from £100/day, massage from £25/hour. You only pay for the services you actually use.
What's included in the nightly rate?
Daily housekeeping, all utilities, all taxes, 24/7 concierge access, and free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Chef, driver, airport transfers, spa, babysitter and personal trainer are bookable on request — chef £45/day, driver from £100/day, massage from £25/hour. You book direct with Jimmy and Jason, never via an OTA.

How many guests can your Marrakech villa rentals sleep?
Our villas in Marrakech range from intimate three-bedroom riads sleeping six to fourteen-bedroom estates sleeping twenty-eight. The concierge can match group size, occasion, and travel style to a shortlist of three or four houses — just send your dates and headcount on WhatsApp.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund up to 30 days before check-in. Non-refundable within 30 days of check-in. Same across every villa in the collection.
